Since we started using RF-Smart Shipping we have seen the following improvements:
-Reduced errors such as incorrect item or overshipment to about once a month
-Increased speed at which we can ship by at least 5 minutes per shipment. We used to manually ship orders through NetSuite and now we can ship using the scan gun/computer
-We now have the ability to print custom labels at shipping instead of having to print them through a separate system
-RF Smart has allowed us to prevent committed orders from shipping until all shipping criteria have been met. This has allowed us to ensure quality is complete before an order is shipped among other pre-shipping tasks.
-Since RF Smart is a native integration to NetSuite, the systems talk to each other which gives us visibility in NetSuite on the status of an order Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Response time on support cases can be slow but you do get connected to a human and not an AI support bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
