It let us keep the license plate system we've run since before NetSuite, without forcing NetSuite to do something it wasn't built for. Implementation was fast. The hardest thing I’ve run into with RF-Smart is that when I use the Help or knowledge base, it isn’t always clear whether the instructions are for version 1 or version 2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
