The company is very progressive with near-live support through discord, many ways to collaborate and share, all on top of a great automation platform with some amazing features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only gripe is that I can’t easily pre-populate default dropdown options on forms while still keeping other options selectable. It’s technically possible, but it requires a custom options generator, which is a lot of work when you have 200+ clients. I’d like to be able to set some default selections in the dropdowns while still allowing additional selections to be added or removed through the UI, without having to code it.
