What do you like best about Rewind Backups?

Rewind Backups is meeting a big need for me. Our storefront is on Shopify Plus and just over two years ago I was doing a bulk update to my entire product catalog and accidentally deleted everything. Over 2000 products, gone. I did not have Rewind at the time so I had to manually restore everything and out store was down for an entire weekend. After I got our products restored after hours of work I went looking for a Shopify app that could backup all of our data automatically. That is when I found Rewind Backups.

Rewind took very little time to implement. I wish I had known about it sooner because it would have saved me a ton of time. Now Rewind works in the background to backup my data without me even having to open the app. I can literally sleep better knowing that my store data is backed up and can easily be accessed if/when I need it. What do you dislike about Rewind Backups?

I honestly have not found anything with Rewind Backups that I do not like. It is very much a set it and forget it solution for backing up our data to the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rewind Backups solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rewind is an insurance policy for me. Since my webstore is hosted on Shopify and they do not have a native backup function, I needed something that could back my product data to the could. I can rest assured that Rewind is running in the background daily to save all my store data in case I need to restore it for any reason. The small monthly cost of rewind is worth the peace of mind.
