What do you like best about Revya AI?

Revya AI is very user friendly. We use Revya for coding our deductions and it provides our company with the information that it wants to collect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revya AI?

The only thing I would say is that once our deductions are coded, approved and exported, I like to delete them, so my team does not get confused. In order to delete, I have to recover and then delete, this can take time because we have a lot of deductions. It would be nice to be able t delete a bunch at a time without having to recover them. What problems is Revya AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I see this saving a lot of time, but due to so many different deductions and not being able to fully focus on the set up, we have a way to go. It benefits the team by giving them the information they want. It definitely is better than what we had before, and I think the fact that after the pipelines are set up, we can go at whatever pace we need to because we control it. If that makes sense.
