What I like best about Revver is how it combines document management with workflow automation in one place. It is not just a filing cabinet, it actually helps you get things done. Setting up no-code workflows was easier than I thought and it has helped us standardize a lot of our routine processes which is great for consistency. The AI search feature is a standout for me. It can read through scans and handwritten notes which is a lifesaver because we have a lot of older documents that we need to reference. The secure client portals are also a great touch. Migrating all of our existing data and organizing it so the system worked effectively was quite a heavy lift. It took a lot of careful planning and time to get everything mapped correctly. I also think the user interface could be more modern. Some of the menus and navigation paths feel a little outdated and it takes a few extra clicks to get where you need to go. The main problem we were facing was a lack of visibility and control over our documents and tasks. We had too many different systems and no good way to track what was happening. Revver solved that by bringing everything into a single, organized system. It benefits us by making us much more accountable and transparent. Since we implemented it, we have been able to reduce the time spent on administrative tasks dramatically, which frees everyone up to focus on more important work.
