The biggest thing for me is the ability to actually find a document when I need it. In my role, if a piece of equipment goes down, I don't have time to dig through file cabinets for the service history or warranty information. With Revver, the Smart Extract AI is incredibly helpful. We scan in a lot of old service reports and invoices, and the system is usually smart enough to pull out the relevant details like the asset tag number and the vendor name right away. It has saved my team a lot of time on manual data entry. The other feature I really appreciate is the secure sharing. We have to share inspection reports with external compliance auditors, and the client portal makes it easy to get them the files they need without worrying about emailing sensitive information. I wouldn't say it's difficult to use, but there was a bit of a learning curve for some of my older maintenance staff who aren't super comfortable with new software. What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you? Before Revver, our facility management was drowning in paper and a messy network drive. We were spending too much time looking for documents and not enough time actually managing the facility. We were also struggling to maintain a consistent preventive maintenance schedule because we'd lose track of the checklists. Revver has streamlined all of that.
