In executive recruiting, relationships and trust are literally the entire business. We work with
founders, board members, and C-level executives, and these relationships often play out over
months or even years. RevSend has become a really important tool for reinforcing those
connections in a way that feels intentional and professional.
What really stands out is how RevSend lets us send highly personalized, premium gifts without
turning it into a logistical nightmare. We use it for key moments like successful placements,
interview milestones, signed offers, referrals, and just maintaining long-term client relationships.
At the executive level, the handwritten notes and presentation quality actually matter. People
notice the details and whether something feels authentic. RevSend handles all the sourcing,
fulfillment, and shipping seamlessly, so we can stay focused on candidate quality and client
strategy instead of tracking down gifts. The CRM integration is super valuable too because it
makes gifting a tracked and deliberate part of how we manage relationships, not just a random
gesture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly there's not much to dislike. If I'm being nitpicky, some additional reporting around
long-term relationship engagement would be helpful, especially for clients we work with over
multiple years. But the current tools already give us pretty strong visibility for day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
