RevOps has totally streamlined our QTC process - we were using systems that weren't totally connected to create quotes and order forms, and everything had to go to approval since we couldn't trust the tools on their own. We've now totally streamlined the creation of orders to RevOps.io - reps and CSMs keep saying how much they prefer this process. It's a few clicks and everything auto-populates for them, and writes back to our CRM, and they can trust the data is accurate. We've managed to automate approval for some of our templates and products. The coding/calculation abilities for SKUs has also been super neat to set up - we were able to move our implementation fee calculator off of a GSheet into RevOps.io. Would like there to be more flexibility of templates and modules in a drag-and-drop fashion. Also currently limited reporting - would like to see how much we're discounting, how often, on what SKUs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
