RevOps Automated helped us improve a major operational burden around onboarding our US pathologist network. Prior to working with them, our onboarding process relied on multiple disconnected tools and manual tasks, which made it difficult to track progress and scale efficiently. RevOps Automated designed and implemented a fully automated HubSpot onboarding pipeline that seamlessly connected all of our existing resources into a single, streamlined workflow. This has significantly reduced manual effort, improved visibility across the onboarding journey, and enabled our team to onboard pathologists faster and more consistently.
