What do you like best about Revolut People?

Revolut People has helped us bring structure and clarity to our performance review process. It is relatively flexible and allows us to tailor the process to our company’s needs. The initial setup requires a significant amount of time and effort, but once everything is configured correctly, the tool makes the following review cycles much faster and easier. What do you dislike about Revolut People?

We have been using Revolut People since its early stages and have seen significant progress over time. However, the platform is still evolving and some features, particularly those related to HR administration, need further development. Currently, we mainly use it for performance management. Our longterm goal is to cover the entire HR agenda in one system, but the current functionality and configuration options do not yet allow us to move into Revolut People. Once the process is set up, it reduces manual work, makes evaluations easier to track and gives both HR and managers a clearer overview of the process.
