What do you like best about ReviewTrackers?

The ability to filter out responded and unresponded reviews makes everything so much easier & quicker to ensure that all reviews are answered in a timely manner. Additionally, the capability to draw out reviews from multiple outlets makes this a much needed system/tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReviewTrackers?

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Review Trackers. Probably the only thing that caught me off guard when I started using it would be the sheer amount of buttons visible that could possibly overwhelm a new user. This does however get easier and easier as time goes by Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReviewTrackers solving and how is that benefiting you?

This allows us to analyze feedback given by our customers and allows us to maintain a good reputation online by simply being able to respond to all queries in a timely mannger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
