"Intuitive Platform with Outstanding Live Chat Support"

What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Reviews.io is intuitive and easy to use, which isn’t always the case with review platforms. Even so, the support team is what stands out most. I needed several account changes made recently, and Trilok on live chat was fantastic. He was quick, clear, and patient, walked me through each update as he made it, and got everything done in one session. It’s rare to get support that’s both fast and genuinely helpful, and Trilok was both. A big shout-out to him. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

A few account changes, like updating our profile URL and company name, can’t be done in the dashboard and require contacting support. It would be convenient to handle more of these through the interface. That said, it turned into a positive for me: the live chat team, Trilok especially, was so quick and helpful that the extra step barely registered, and I came away with a better impression of the company than if I’d just clicked a few buttons myself. Reviews.io gives us a straightforward way to collect verified reviews from real customers and show them publicly, which builds trust with shoppers who are researching us before they buy.
