The customer service is excellent. Reviews.io is the only platform we use for handling customer reviews in our online store. They seamlessly integrate 3rd party reviews from our customers on Google. The reviews they collect for us also tribute to our Google seller rating and whenever there is any kind of hiccup the customer service is fixing it in a short amount of time. I think this is really not a low-cost product, but with the implementations and compared to other services of this kind it's still worth the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we have problems with 3rd party reviews on Google and they are e.g. removed because they don't match the review guidelines, we always have to contact the customer service, because they don't re-sync automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
