What do you like best about Reviews.io?

Fair pricing. Dashboard easy to use; you can search for reviews in multiple ways and respond privately and publicly. There are options to include photos and videos in reviews.. Initial integration easy enough, even with a custom website.

We've had no issues with product reliability / bugs.

AI support is OK as a first level, and you can get it escalated to "proper" support easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reviews.io?

We found that some (not all) of the widgets were not as easy to work with as they could be, because they clashed clashed with other layout in the parent website; this is not a major detraction though, and overall we are very happy with the reviews.io offering. Other than that, no problems! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
