What do you like best about reviewflowz?

As a marketing manager, understanding our customer needs and pain points is crucial. Gathering customer data is incredibly difficult and costly. Reviewflowz allowed me to view, export, and analyze thousands of customer reviews which earned our company clear insights into our customer experience journey and areas we could improve upon. What do you dislike about reviewflowz?

After a few initial attempts, I found the dashboard to be quite intuitive, though having walk-through tutorials would definitely make the learning process smoother. I also noticed that the tools for comparing companies—such as tracking competitor performance and identifying customer pain points—were somewhat limited. This often meant I had to switch back and forth between different GBP accounts to get the information I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is reviewflowz solving and how is that benefiting you?

We faced a significant challenge: we had not truly listened to our customers with the goal of improving their journey. In our industry, customer feedback is usually limited to requests for refunds, complaints, or glowing 5-star recommendations. Seldom is feedback used as a catalyst for operational improvements or organizational change. Rewviewflowz helped us change that. By providing access to every Google review we've received, we were able to thoroughly analyze and identify key areas for improvement—something we had not managed to achieve before.
