I like the interface, as it is easy to detect new ideas and to see them as well as to know who created them. It also has a good structure when you need to submit an idea because it asks for certain parameters that make you think about how to structure or build the idea so that it is solid. Another important point is that people not only give an idea but also consider other aspects such as investment, savings, the way to present it, and how to implement it on the ground. The points system seems to me a correct way to rate the ideas, but I think it can improve by taking into account more aspects of each idea since they are all different and in my opinion, not all can be rated the same. When you want to search for an idea, the search engine takes too long. This causes that when someone wants to check if a similar idea exists, they can't find it and it gets repeated. Maybe filters could be implemented or some sort of time frame in case the idea is repeated but hasn't been followed up on, so you can continue with it yourself and not discard it just because someone else already did it.
