The different ways to report and show reports through a dashboard to help keep a visualization of your goals and progress throughout the days, months, years, etc. All the ways to connect through API with all their partners is a plus. Revanova is great for all its features and customization, but with that comes issues naturally. Things will break and you have to fix them and if not it could take some time out of your day. It is not the easiest system to learn if you are not very IT inclined already. Having Trailhead programs will help you better your knowledge on terminology and how to do some of the basics.
