What do you like best about RevealCX?

I often find it difficult to get good-quality feedback from users. But reveal cx helps in this regard. The thing that I like best is that I can easily get feedback from users and monitor their satisfaction level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RevealCX?

The feedback parameters are a little less and can be increased. Apart from that I do not have any major dislike for this platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RevealCX solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to track customer satisfaction scores which directly helps me make changes to my service and product. Also the quality management capabilities are very useful for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
