The software is for archiving documents so we've needed it to be steady and consistent over the nearly 20 years of using the product, but I was pleasantly surprised by the new user interface that came with our recent move to the cloud version. Cleverly, it retained its previous reassuring feel but is also so fresh and intuitive to use. Certainly a 'user version' of software in a world where many software providers seem to design their software to suit themselves and not the customer. Big fan.
