**What do you like best about Returnly?**

That our shoppers are able to get their correct size shipped out right away. Customer support is outstanding and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

Impementation is not as elementary and simple as we hoped it would be and the number of features are allot to choose from which can be confusing.

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making returns easiser for the customer and making this process quicker on the back end of things.

**What do you like best about Returnly?**

Easy to use for customers, simple to navigate as a user on the back end

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

We could not charge customers immediately if they returned a product that was in an unacceptable condition/if they even sent it in.

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conducting a return as  a customer is simple, tracking packages that are in transit, communicating with customers through return portal

**What do you like best about Returnly?**

It was an improvement to our returns/exchanges process and allowed customers to initiate their own return/exchange in a self-service kind of way. The setup was pretty easy, and the support got back to you quickly when facing any issues.

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

The process was occasionally confusing for customers, and the analytics tools didn't provide easy logistics for us to compare. It wasn't as straightforward and seamless as we hoped it would be.

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer use Returnly, but for the time that we did, it resolved the issue of us trying to simplify our returns processes and make it less manual. Overall it did what we needed it to do for the time we used it.

**What do you like best about Returnly?**

I like the easy flow that our customers move through when setting up a Return or Exchange. The visuals are beneficial for the customer to determine which order and/or item they want to return/exchange. I also love the idea of the Instant Credit option when setting up returns, as Instant Credit allows us to win back a customer.

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

As this is a newer tool, there is still room for development. It would be ideal if our customers could set up an exchange on an existing exchange order. It would also be nice for our customers to have the ability to choose a different shade or style during the exchange process.

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen more customers repurchasing on our website when they are offered Instant Credit after setting up a Return. Additionally, we have a more effortless flow for the customer to set up a return or exchange. Lastly, with Returnly when a customer sets up an exchange, it will automatically send out the new item to the customer. Using Returnly has increased customer satisfaction as they receive that new item quicker and then can send their original item back without an intense amount of pressure. Returnly also will handle instances when customers do not return the original items back to us and will send them an invoice if they do not send the original items back,

**What do you like best about Returnly?**

I like that we can process the refund for the customer if it is within the 30 days try-on time.

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

I dislike that we can not override as CX when a return is over 30 days. Only a Manager can process these types of returns.

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When customers are not confident in processing the return, are having issues printing a return label, or do not have the ability to do so.

**What do you like best about Returnly?**

automated and easy for customers to process on own

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

for a while, emails would send to customers and you did not have the option not to send

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated returns and instant credit that help upsell purchases. Customers do not have to wait for exchange credit.

**What do you like best about Returnly?**

I like Returnly because it allows customers to manage their returns online without involving a customer service component. It can be tailored to your needs.
It's a thought-through software that was developed considering multiple scenarios that customers can encounter during generation of return labels. 

**What do you dislike about Returnly?**

I dislike the fact that I have to rely on thier support team to do any setup with Shipping carrier. And also it can be integrated with just one shipping carrier, and not multiple. 

**What problems is Returnly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate return management process and remove customer service department to generate return labels.
