What do you like best about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?
That customers can self service to process a return for an exchange Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?
The system is extremely slow and takes a long time for me to process a refund for one customer. Having to go back and forth btwn roles and waiting for each one to take affect is time consuming. Takes about 5 minutes to issue one refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
