What do you like best about Return Prime?

We have been using Return Prime for while now and honestly, it's been super smooth and it was really easy to set up and the integration with shopify just worked without any drama. our team didn't need a much training. we use it daily to manage Customer return & exchange request, it saved us a lot of back and forth with customer. what i really like is how customizable it is. you can setup your own rule for returns automate part of the process. and customer support has been great whenever we had question.

What do you dislike about Return Prime?

Honestly there's not much major i dislike. the reports are decent but a bit more detailed or filters would help us understand return trends better other than this its been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Return Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?

Return Prime has taken the manual hassle out of handling return & exchange. before we had to manage everything via mail or whatsapp, which got messy and time consuming. now the whole process is automated. customer can raise request on their own. we just approve and manage it from the backend. saves lot of time , reduces error and defiantly improved the customer experience.
