"User-Friendly Retently with Insightful Digest Reports"

What do you like best about Retently?

Retently is very user-friendly and easy to update. My favorite feature is the digest reports, which provide a clear summary of recent feedback. They make it easy to get a quick look at how you’re doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Retently?

Unsure how common this issue is, but Rentently doesn't integrate with our CRM. We have to use Zapier to create the integration, which caused some issues at one point.

I wish there were an option to send SMS with the Rentently NPS survey as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Retently solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retently provides us with an easy-to-use platform for gathering feedback and gaining insight into our customers’ experiences, all at a very reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
