What do you like best about RetentionEngine?

It retains far more customers than we were doing prior, while reducing our inbound emails by 70% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RetentionEngine?

I honesty can't add anything here as there's nothing I don't like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RetentionEngine:

Don't think about it, just do it. In the 2+ years of running our business, Retention Engine is by far the best tool we've used, hands down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RetentionEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're freeing up Customer Service resource from manually handling cancellation requests allowing us to focus on other areas of the business. All while retaining a lot more than we were doing prior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
