What do you like best about Retell AI?

I don’t need to write full responses; I only need to explain how the conversation flow should work, and Retell then handles the calls automatically. I also liked the ability to convert a calling flow into a chatbot. It’s very easy to set up and includes HubSpot integration. The calls sound very human-like, and I’m happy with the tool’s overall performance. I’m now getting leads from phone calls, and it has delivered a great ROI for me. Setting up an IVR flow took about 10 minutes without any major support, just explain what you want, and the AI does the rest. I highly recommend using Retell for IVR phone system setups. What do you dislike about Retell AI?

Filtering out spam calls can be a bit difficult, and it isn’t always as straightforward as I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Retell AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having difficulty connecting potential customers with our sales team and answering their questions quickly. Because we had a small sales and support team, they were always running at maximum capacity.
