What do you like best about Retell AI?

What I like best about Retell AI is its ability to build realistic, responsive AI voice agents with relatively little setup. The natural conversations, low latency, and easy integration with APIs and business workflows make it especially useful for automating customer calls and support. What do you dislike about Retell AI?

The main thing I dislike about Retell AI is that the pricing can get expensive as call volume increases. On top of that, it can take a while to fine-tune prompts, voice behavior, and integrations so the conversations feel consistently natural and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Retell AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retell AI helps me address the challenge of handling repetitive customer calls and building reliable voice agents without having to develop the entire voice infrastructure from scratch. It saves development time by automating routine conversations, and it lets me manage more calls efficiently while still maintaining a consistent customer experience.
