One of my favourite things with Retainsure is the agents. I have built several agents that give me alerts on any negative sentiment across a portfolio of my accounts plus my teammates' accounts. An agent that creates a monthly business review every month on the 3rd of the month and similar agents for upsell, churn, and renewals. Good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area they could improve is their Copilot. Right now, the Copilot can’t create beautiful decks, so I’ve been using MCP with Claude via MCP instead. If RetainSure added that capability to their native Copilot, it would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
