What do you like best about RetainSure?

Working with RetainSure has been a great experience so far. Instead of just walking us through their product and features, the team spent time understanding how we manage our accounts and the challenges we were trying to solve. Based on those discussions, they tailored the implementation to our requirements. We have now completed Phase 1 of the implementation in a short span of time and are continuing to work closely with the team to evolve the platform into a system of intelligence for our account management function. What do you dislike about RetainSure?

None so far. Despite being a relatively small team, RetainSure has been highly responsive, with quick turnaround times. Discussions are productive, decisions are made quickly, and there's a strong sense of momentum in moving things forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RetainSure solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RetainSure, getting a complete view of an account meant pulling information from multiple places—support tickets from the CEM team, invoices and ARR from Finance, NPS from HubSpot, email threads for context, and Excel sheets for account notes and plans. Preparing for a single customer meeting could easily take hours.

With RetainSure, all of this information is now available in one place. While we're still in the early stages of adoption, our Account Managers can access the complete customer context much more easily before a QBR or renewal discussion.

The RetainAI Slack bot makes it even more convenient. Anyone across the organization can ask a question about an account and get the relevant information instantly, reducing the need to chase different teams for updates.
