It's really easy to create beautiful surveys, which adapt seamlessly to mobile users. There's a good range of question formats, and support is responsive and happy to make changes to the system where necessary/appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting is not very customisable, so we export all our data in CSV format and manipulate it in Google Data Studio. An ongoing issue for us is that for, eg., the questions on a scale of 1–10, there's no option for an N/A option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
