  ### 1. Sleek UI, Fast Onboarding, and AI Agents That Drive Real Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul E. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

First of all, the UI is sleek and easy to figure out. My many different channels have been easy to connect from the beginning. The site has been live and we have not had site downtime or trouble in the 3 months we have used the product. The pricing is completely fair and through the platfrom we have been able to convert multiple leads to sales leading to our best performing month ever as a company.

Respond.io onboarded us quickly and also quickly scheduled a technical call when we needed further support.

The AI agents where easy to set up and have been life savers. They buy us time responding intelligently to leads until our team of salespeople can step in for a deeper conservation.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

The way leads are organized in the inbox was frustrating at first. When I respond to a lead, that conversation shifts to a different spot in the inbox, which makes it harder to keep track of what came in when. I think it would work better with more of an email-style order, where leads stay organized by the order they arrive.

I’m sure more features, like additional organization options, will be available in the future.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were getting leads from many different channels and needed one place where multiple salespeople could respond to all of them. One amazing, unexpected bonus was the AI agents. I was looking for something along these lines, but I didn’t realize how powerful they would be with respond.io.

Now we are able to capture all leads in one place, buy time for our small team to respond by leveraging the AI agents, and follow up with leads well across multiple platforms.

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> Great to hear the AI Agents ended up doing real work, buying time until your team could step in, on top of a smooth onboarding and quick support experience. On the inbox order, there are a few ways to sort and filter conversations that might get closer to what you're after. Our support team can walk you through the options at https://respond.io/contact, and if none of them fit, you can raise it as a feature request at https://roadmap.respond.io.

  ### 2. End-to-End Revenue Lifecycle Management That Scales High-Volume Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen O. | Director of Sales Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

What I like best about respond.io is how complete it is as a revenue lifecycle management platform. It gives us one place to manage the full journey from lead capture to qualification, routing, follow-up, and conversion, instead of stitching together separate tools for inbox, automation, and reporting. That has made our workflow much more structured and scalable, especially for WhatsApp and other high-volume conversations.

What’s most valuable is the combination of automation, workflow design, and channel management. We can build clear processes for handling incoming leads, assign conversations to the right team member, qualify prospects faster, and keep momentum moving through the sales cycle. The result is less manual work, faster response times, and a more consistent customer experience.

I also value the integrations and flexibility. respond.io fits into broader sales and marketing operations much better than point solutions, so it supports a more connected workflow rather than creating another silo. For a team that needs to turn conversations into revenue, that end-to-end visibility is a major upside.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

The main downside is that respond.io can feel quite powerful, but that also means there is a learning curve. Some of the workflow and automation features take time to fully understand, especially when setting up more advanced processes for lead routing, qualification, and revenue operations. For teams that want to move quickly, the platform can feel a bit complex at first.

Another area that could be improved is the depth of certain integrations and reporting options. While the platform connects well into broader workflows, I sometimes wish some integrations were even more seamless and that reporting could be more flexible for deeper performance analysis. That would make it easier to measure ROI and optimize campaigns without relying on external tools.

Pricing can also become a consideration as usage grows, especially for teams with larger contact volumes or more advanced operational needs. The value is there, but the cost-benefit balance becomes more important as the team scales, so clearer packaging or more transparent guidance on scaling costs would help.

Overall, these are not major blockers, but more areas where the product could be easier to adopt, easier to measure, and easier to scale.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

respond.io is helping us solve the challenge of managing sales conversations in a structured, scalable way while we are still actively qualifying clients and building our own pipeline. Before using it, conversations could easily become fragmented across channels, and it was harder to maintain a consistent process for responding, qualifying, and following up with prospects. Now, even in a demo-account environment, we can demonstrate and test a more organised workflow for managing inbound conversations and moving them through a clearer revenue process.

The biggest benefit is that it helps us show clients how conversation-led sales can be systemised. We’re able to map out lead handling, routing, and workflow logic in a way that makes the value of respond.io easy to understand during our sales process. That has helped us position the platform more effectively, shorten the explanation cycle, and make the business case for onboarding a paid subscription much clearer.

It also benefits us by giving us a practical environment to refine our approach before scaling. We can validate how workflows should behave, think through lead qualification logic, and present a more complete solution to prospects. In that sense, respond.io is not just a messaging tool for us; it's helping us build a repeatable commercial process around customer acquisition and conversion.

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> Thanks for taking the time to write this. It's great to see respond.io being used to both run and demonstrate a structured conversation-led sales process, and the way you've described the end-to-end visibility really captures what we're trying to build.

Respond.io does have a learning curve, particularly with the advanced workflow and routing you mentioned. That complexity comes from genuine depth, and once it's set up the way you need, it makes a real difference to what you get out of the platform. You don't have to work through it alone, either. Live support is available 24/5 across all channels and our AI support runs 24/7 trained on our full knowledge base, so help is always there at https://respond.io/contact.

On pricing as you scale, respond.io is priced on monthly active contacts, so your cost per contact goes down as conversation volume grows. Our team is happy to talk through what makes sense for your setup at the same link!

Once again, thank you for being with us. 🙌

  ### 3. All Our Chats in One Shared Inbox—Fast, Efficient, and Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** RoHiT C. | Tax Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The best part is that I can manage all my chats—like WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.—in one place. respond.io brings everything into a shared inbox, so our team can reply to customers from a single dashboard. It also helps even someone with minimal grammar skills respond more professionally by using AI assist. Pricing is minimal compaired to other platforms and the support team is very prompt in helping setting up. and the perfomance is the best in terms of speed and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

It’s not exactly plug-and-play, but the support helps us make it easy to use. Building advanced flows takes time and effort. The 24-hour window comes from Meta, but it still affects the user experience. Compared to other tools, the integration is easy.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

respond.io addresses the challenge of scattered customer communication and slow response times by centralizing all channels in one place, automating conversations, and integrating with your CRM. This helps businesses reply faster, convert more leads, and scale efficiently as they grow. mainly me as a manager i can monitor all the charts and assign the chats to the specific person and if one person is busy other can reply.

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> This made our day. Having all your channels in one shared inbox, with AI assist helping your team respond clearly and managers getting full visibility across chats, is exactly the kind of setup we love hearing about. 🙌

You're spot on that the 24-hour window comes from Meta. We're always keeping an eye on any updates from them that could improve that experience. And for advanced flows, our support team is always around if you need a hand building anything more complex.

If you ever have feature ideas, feel free to submit or vote for them on our public roadmap: https://roadmap.respond.io/

Thanks again for being with us!

  ### 4. Smooth, Well-Organized Messaging with Powerful Filters and Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hashim P. | Operation Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Overall, the experience has been smooth. It includes all the basic features we need, and the functions and tools are well organized and easy to find. The filters are especially helpful, with many different contact properties and support for complex “and” and “or” operators. Good performance on mobile app and laptop. There are options to integrate with other tools that we use. The support is the best thing I like about Respond.io. Earlier, I used WATI and completely disappointed.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

On the Basic plan, there are no workflow, API, or webhook features. The higher plans do support these, but the pricing then changes depending on the number of contacts.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get leads via WhatsApp, and it is very difficult to manage those leads in regular WhatsApp. Respond.io helps us manage leads using the WhatsApp API.

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. It's great to hear the filters, mobile performance, and overall organization are working well for your team, and we're especially glad our support has made a difference coming from a previous experience that fell short.

Regarding the workflow, API, and webhook features on the Basic plan, those are available on higher tiers as part of how our plans are structured. If you'd like to explore what fits your needs as you scale, our team is happy to help at https://respond.io/contact.

Thanks again for being with us. 🙌

  ### 5. AI-Powered Lead Closing Machine – 24/7 Customer Engagement Done Right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SUBRA P. | ceo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Respond.io has become a vital part of our digital solutions toolkit at VVS Digital Solutions. What really sets it apart is its focus on being a comprehensive omnichannel conversation platform, rather than simply a messaging tool. That distinction helps us start from real customer pain points and translate them into meaningful, practical use cases for our clients. The platform itself is intuitive to use, and the ongoing support from the partnership team—especially the recent growth sessions—has been incredibly valuable. It’s helped us unlock more value from the platform and position their services more effectively for our customers.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

The pricing feels a bit steep for businesses based in Asian countries. Compared to the value provided, the cost could be more competitive and region-friendly to make it more accessible for SMEs in Asia.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using respond.io, managing customer conversations across multiple channels was a challenge, and we struggled to engage leads around the clock. With respond.io's AI agent and automated lead cycles, we can now close customers 24/7 without needing constant manual intervention. The AI handles initial conversations and nurtures leads through the funnel, which has significantly improved our response time and conversion rate.

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> You've captured exactly what respond.io is built to be, a platform for managing customer conversations across every channel rather than just another messaging tool. Great to see the AI Agent and automated lead cycles closing customers around the clock for you.

On the pricing, it's built around monthly active contacts, so your cost per contact drops as your conversation volume grows, which is deliberate for teams scaling the way you are. If you'd like to walk through the plan that fits your setup and region, our team is happy to help at https://respond.io/contact.

  ### 6. End-to-End Revenue Lifecycle Management That Streamlines High-Volume Conversations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> Thank you for leaving such a detailed review. We truly appreciate the depth here! Using respond.io to both run your own sales process and demonstrate it to prospects is a smart way to work, and it's good to know the workflow and routing logic is making that easier to communicate.

The feedback on the learning curve, reporting flexibility, and pricing transparency is genuinely useful. Those are areas we're actively working on, and if there are specific features or reporting capabilities you'd like to see built out, the roadmap is the right place to push for them: https://roadmap.respond.io 🚀

On scaling costs, it's worth having a direct conversation with our team so we can walk you through the options. You can reach us at https://respond.io/contact anytime.

  ### 7. Seamless Respond.io Experience with Powerful AI Agent and CRM Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JESUS ALFREDO C. | Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

I’ve had a great experience with Respond.io. The platform offers a very seamless experience for both our team and our customers. One of the standout features is the AI Agent configuration; it provides 24/7 support and accurately identifies customer needs to route them to the right department. The workflow automation is also incredibly robust. For our company, the best part is how easily it connects with our CRM, allowing for a bidirectional data flow that keeps everything perfectly in sync.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

While the platform is very comprehensive, one minor drawback is that several features are still clearly under development. Although the core tools are solid, there are some options that aren't fully available yet. However, it’s clear the platform is evolving, and the existing features already provide a lot of value

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I appreciate most is their support team. We recently ran into some issues with how conversations were being closed, but the support team quickly provided a workaround that worked perfectly for us. They’ve also helped us implement new tools for our AI Agents, which has been a huge boost for our team's efficiency."

**Official Response from George Wong:**

> Thank you so much for the detailed review! We’re glad to hear that respond.io is making a real impact on your operations.

It’s also great to know our support team was able to assist you quickly and help implement solutions that improved your workflow, we’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. We appreciate your feedback about features still evolving. We’re continuously improving the platform, and input like yours helps guide what we build next. Be sure to check out our roadmap at: https://roadmap.respond.io/

Thanks again for sharing your experience, we’re happy to support you! 🚀

  ### 8. All-in-One Email & WhatsApp Inbox with Easy Setup and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lehette S. | Client Success Manager at StayRight, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Respond.io has all your emails and WhatsApp messaged in one place. Clients can use both platforms and because of that there is no more searching for the correct response from different platforms, which makes it so user friendly. Another great addition is that you have easy access to the clients details from Respond.io, which makes cross referencing easy.
Respond.io has a very responsive customer support system in place, they assisted me with prompt response when there was a brief issue with email syncing.
I personally use respond.io on a daily basis, cannot use normal email anymore, I am too spoilt with respond.io! Easy to use platform, no hassle wit implementing new clients on the system.
Would highly recommend respond.io for day to day customer support and communications in any business!

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

One addition that would really improve respond.io is the ability to send WhatsApp messages directly to clients without having to send a template first. Right now, I can only reply to a WhatsApp message within 24 hours of receiving it, which feels limiting. An integration like this would be incredible and would make it much easier to reach out when needed.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not currently aware of any new updates to the respond.io system. However, I can say that their customer support helped me promptly when my emails weren’t syncing.

**Official Response from George Wong:**

> Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that having email and WhatsApp conversations in one place has made things easier for your daily work, and that respond.io has become part of your routine. We’ll also be sure to share your kind words with our support team. 🙌

Regarding sending WhatsApp messages outside the 24-hour window, that requirement comes from WhatsApp/Meta’s messaging policy. Businesses need to use an approved template message to reopen the conversation after that period. We understand it can feel limiting at times.

Thanks again for the recommendation and for sharing your experience, we’re happy to continue supporting you!

  ### 9. Simple, Clean UI That Makes Team Onboarding Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xing Yun N. | Digital Marketing, Senior Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Respond.io has a simple, clean UI. It’s easy to set up and makes it straightforward to onboard our team without any complex training.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

Compared with ManyChat, it doesn’t support the comment-reply feature. It would be great to have that.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team was managing four different WhatsApp accounts, which caused a lot of trouble during shift handovers. We also faced issues with WhatsApp repeatedly restricting our account. With Respond.io, we solved these problems, and we also got blue tick verification, which helped our merchants trust us.

  ### 10. Professional, User-Friendly System with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua M. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

I give this system a 5-star rating. The system is professional and user-friendly, and I really appreciate the support team. I also want to thank the facilitator, Akhila Bayi she is the best.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

Nothing. I love everything about applicaton

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more WhatsApp burnout. My sales team can have leads assigned to them in a round-robin flow while using the same WhatsApp Business number, and each person only has access to their own chats. As managers, we’re able to supervise, receive reports, and close sales faster.

**Official Response from Ryan Tan Jit Ming:**

> Really glad to hear this, and we'll pass the thanks along to Akhila. Round-robin assignment on one WhatsApp number, where each rep only sees their own chats but managers still get full visibility and reporting, is exactly the kind of setup respond.io is built to support.
