I like how intuitive and straightforward Respond.io is. It makes managing customer conversations easier, with a clean interface that is simple to navigate without unnecessary features or clutter.
Its speed and reliability are also a big plus. Unlike some other platforms that require occasional refreshing to get updated information, Respond.io is quick to reflect live updates, making day-to-day operations smoother.
Initially, I wasn't sure if it was worth the price, as other platforms offered similar pricing with both chat and pipeline features. However, after trying alternatives, I found that they lacked the functionality and overall experience I needed, which made me come back to Respond.io.
I also appreciate the ability to submit feature requests directly and view the product roadmap. It gives customers a voice in product development and visibility into what's being considered or planned, something many other platforms don't offer.
As for AI, the overall experience is good, but there's room for improvement. One limitation I've encountered is that AI cannot reliably assign a conversation back to its previously assigned agent when instructed to do so. Improving this would make AI more practical for our daily workflow.
Customer support is another area I really appreciate. The response time is fast and efficient, and I can easily switch between AI agents and human support whenever needed. Compared to other platforms, where you often have to wait for a human support agent to respond, Respond.io makes getting help much quicker and more convenient. The main limitation is the lack of features for quotations, payments and order tracking. We currently need additional software to manage these processes. It would be great to have these built into Respond.io for a more complete workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
