I love Resource Guru's clear, well-ordered layout, which makes it easy for me to survey everything at a glance. The group-based scheduling view is the standout feature for me, as it lets me see facilitators, volunteers, and rooms side by side quickly, which is crucial when managing multiple programme strands at once. Setting up Resource Guru was also smooth, as everything was operational in no time. The centralized view this tool provides allows me to keep our programme of activities in good order, whether it's planning sessions or assigning facilitators and tracking volunteers, so everything is covered. During busy event days, the ability to view every session, space, and facilitator at once is invaluable. My one reservation concerns the density of information: with so much on display, the dashboard can look crowded and, on a busy day, not the easiest to read at speed. A little more space between elements, and larger visuals, would make scanning a full schedule more comfortable.
