What do you like best about Resonant?

Resonant provides an intuitive platform for understanding customer conversations through AI-powered analysis. It automatically identifies themes, trends, and customer sentiment across large volumes of feedback, making it much easier to uncover actionable insights. The dashboards are easy to navigate, reporting is comprehensive, and the platform integrates well with existing customer experience workflows, helping teams make faster, data-driven decisions. What do you dislike about Resonant?

While Resonant delivers valuable insights, configuring advanced dashboards and custom analytics can take some time for new users. I would like to see more flexibility in report customization, additional third-party integrations, and more granular controls for AI-driven categorization.
