What do you like best about ResMan?

I like the ability to navigate anywhere through the system by clicking any item and drilling back WITHOUT having to type in a code or login to another portal. Ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResMan?

I dislike the fact that the web creators continue to change things that DO NOT NEED TO BE CHANGED. The automated options are nice but make for sloppy bookkeeping and the Reconciliation box has been shortened to accommodate the automated functions. We need the recon box to be bigger so we can see items in question. STOP trying to make ResMan into Yardi or any other software the web designers are getting ideas from. Leave it alone already. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't know what problems are being solved, so I have no opinion on the matter. All I know is that admin needs to stop trying to fix it. ResMan is perfect - but if you allow the web designers to keep messing it up, it will not be a great software for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
