What do you like best about ResellerRatings?

The service from the team & the ability to create a very simple checkout review form. I also like the overall branding. I really like the search visibility and how quickly the ratings update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResellerRatings?

That the ratings systems is based out of 10 instead of 5, which seems to be industry standard. I also dislike that customers need to provide more than one rating. It should be super simple - just leave a 1-5 rating for the company and a short comment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ResellerRatings:

For eCommerce, I recommend the embedded review form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ResellerRatings solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems at the moment. We noticed a big improvement when we installed the checkout review form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
