There are two significant benefits to adopting the Resco ecosystem, a truly mobile-first experience with best-in-class offline functionality and their continuing fantastic support. That's not to say there aren't a number of other great benefits with the Resco product, one shouldn't neglect to mention a product that is constantly evolving and applying customer feedback at scale, but I think this all goes back to their continued emphasis on making sure the customer is happy with the end product in a variety of conditions. I would say the main downside of Resco is the licensing model and implementation. We have an ever evolving product landscape in our organization and obtaining and adjusting license purchasing and assignment across environments in our tenant presents a certain degree of friction. However, the customer support to help rectify issues with licenses is extremely helpful and patient with users' struggles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
