**What do you like best about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

I find Resco – Mobility & Productivity to be an essential tool that significantly adds value to our daily departmental activities. The platform's ease of use and support across various devices make it indispensable. It's incredibly versatile, allowing us to perform our tasks, such as product inspections, sales opportunities management, and tracking rental and service periods, with efficiency and ease. The ability to operate both offline and online is particularly advantageous, especially since our company policy prohibits connecting to public Wi-Fi, making it highly useful in areas with poor connectivity. Additionally, Resco's seamless integration with different devices facilitates collaborative work among team members using PCs, mobiles, and tablets. I truly appreciate how the system consolidates processes that would otherwise be scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and paper, thus reducing complexity and potential errors.

I occasionally find the sync times to be slower than expected. This might be due to our large published app within Resco – Mobility & Productivity that requires files to be offline for the offline capability to function effectively.

I use Resco for managing sales, inspections, rentals, and service, consolidating tasks that were scattered across various documents. It simplifies processes, saves time, and reduces errors. The platform's offline capability and multi-device support enhance fieldwork efficiency.

Resco is super responsive when we have questions and they actively train our consultants, which makes the implementation easier for our consultants.

As a Microsoft partner, Resco has a very robust solution when it comes to field service and inspections. They are our preferred solution we implement, because they understand our customers needs and think along with us. Their responsivity is an absolute plus.

I love how Resco lets me work efficiently anywhere — even offline. It really boosts productivity in the field on any device.
It is very intuitive to implement and use. Customer support is great. And we integrate it nicely in the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform environments at our customers.

Because Resco runs on all platforms (iOS, Android, and Windows), it sometimes comes at the cost of a less refined user experience.

**What do you like best about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

I really like that Resco – Mobility & Productivity makes it easy for communication among employees in different departments of our organization. The mobile platform of its is really handy for staying on top of tasks and projects and not being stuck at a desk all the time. Inside the app, tracking progress no longer relies on email or calls, all status is available inside the app. Our workflow and productivity have increased by the same amount, theres just no limit to this kind of power.

**What do you dislike about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

Resco – Mobility & Productivity is a great tool but on downsides is that it doesn’t do the most specific of workflows. Some of the features seem too broad and in most cases it’s just fine, but not always when we’re doing really niche stuff that our team has been known to do. It also comes the remote app which does run into issues with syncing though sometimes not updates can occur immediately.

Resco – Mobility & Productivity provides solutions to team coordination and specifically, how to deal with remote workers. But the app on the mobile makes everyone a part on the same page, it offers quick access to project update and task information. It has streamlined everything and minimized the need for constant follow ups and communications in one place. And it has made teams more efficient, with fewer mistakes, because through sharing, everyone can work in sync without needing to clarify or update what others are doing.

I think the best thing with Resco is that it maintains the connection of my team, even if we are not in one place. The app works perfectly with other tools we use such as Microsoft Dynamics and it keeps them in sync, automatically, and at our fingertips. They let you access critical information, collaborate with others without being tied to the office, and manage tasks all in an easy to access format. I also appreciate receiving the offline functionality when we’re in places where the signals are bad.

Starting off with Resco can be a bit tricky. If you’re new to the platform, you may find it a bit challenging. It’s chock full of useful features, but it takes some time to understand how to customize everything to your unique particulars. The learning process is way easier when you have better onboarding resources as you have step by step guides for users to quickly get familiarized with the app.

Resco takes care of how you stay organized and connected when you working remotely or on the move. Having offline features and syncing up with Microsoft Dynamics seamlessly, we can access or update project data anywhere. This means it has been very simple for us to manage tasks and work together in real time even when we are not in the office or in a remote area. That has kept our team on track and clear about making quick decisions when needed.

**What do you like best about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

The flexibility built to which allows you to do almost everythinn you want.....85% from their configurator!  Only need Javascript for very specific things.  In fact our latest build to our service personnel has practically no java.
Also, their service and support is excellent.  Very nice people to work with.
I love that they are continually updating and working on ways to help the users.

**What do you dislike about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

The only thing that comes to mind is it can be difficult dealing with Microsoft's MFA....although that is more a Microsoft thing then a Resco thing.
Also, using the sync filters for Sharepoint can be challenging....although their support team was able to get us the correct setup.  We just don't change the sync filter setup.

**What problems is Resco – Mobility & Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our service delivery department relies heavily on Resco Mobile and uses it solely for completing bookings and customer facing documentation.
One of the buggest hurdles we overcame was using Resco to capture Customer Assets and record the longitude and latitude, which elminates any need for RFID's.

I like it's sync performance and smoothness beacause compare to microsoft field service app it is very smoth for user to collect data and then sync to crm dynamice  365.

Another feature which I like it offline mode so in offline mode the user can collect the data of customer without having internet connection.

easy to implement any custom functionality using javascript and business rules.

Customer support is also  very nice.

It's inbuilt integration with dynamics crm.

1. Currently it does not support the Azetech barcod scanner which is  needs of many organizationto scan  that Azetec barcod to retrive Product number.

2. Another thing is sync time is more when there is huge data,  so that sync time needs to be reduced for users.

3. it should have connector like 3'rd party API calling connectors to send or receive data to and from external system apart from CRM.

It was easy for customization .
it's perfomance also very nice  like it was smooth app.
I was able to sync my data from crm to resco very quickly.
I was able to collect data from customer in offline mode when there was not internet connectivity and latter on through autosync once internect connection was eastablished all data was sync to crm automatically.

**What do you like best about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

Thus, the major advantage of Resco is that it helps to increase field activity as it allows getting necessary data right away. They enable the management of customer information through integration with our CRM system when on the move. There is one more feature – offline mode is especially helpful to our team to work with no internet connection but being able to synchronize later. We have found this capability to be far more efficient and accurate than the previous ways used for such tasks.

**What do you dislike about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

There is the disadvantage of the user interface of Resco in that it is not easy to understand especially for first time users. There are a lot of features and customization and sometimes people just joining the team get distracted and measurable productivity is compromised. Further, while there is a satisfactory integration with our CRM there are sometimes issues with syncing which creates issues regarding our data that can take a considerable amount of time to solve.

Resco solves the problem of field data management by providing real time access to data, the use of which has significantly improved the productivity of my team. The timely and instant update and access to customer data through mobility have been a great advantage. An offline mode enables the staff to perform all the operations offline, which is beneficial when there is no internet connection and I can update the data later to make our operations and records more effective.

With Resco, you have an app for all devices, for all operating systems, that easily takes your CRM data offline. Next to thta, the built in routeplanner offers great added value.

Sometimes, when new versions are launched, some issues may arise.

**What problems is Resco – Mobility & Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we all have 4G (in the future 5G), there are still places in the world where connectivity is an issue. Or what about technicians working in basements? Resco helps creating an app that takes all necesarry data offline.
Next to that, as a non technical consultant, it is very easy to modify the app and add quite some advanced logic into it, without having to ask technical colleagues.

It provides online and offline both mode for the users. It is very easy to use application. Using woodford we can easily customise as per the business requirements. Resco helps organizations leverage mobile technology to drive productivity and stay competitive in today's fast-paced business landscape. In day to day life we can use this application and being a customer we can easily provide support to the clients.

I dont have much dislike about the application but when we receive updates from microsoft at that time user needs to delete the data and use the application which is time consuming.

Resco provides easy to the clients to user the application in android, ios, windows and all the kind of platforms we have while other applications doesnt provide that. It works offline too so that once user turns the internet on at that time all the data will be sync automatically which is a very good advantage of this application. In field service we can create a lead as well as we can complete different operations like completing booking, adding parts etc.

The aspect that I find most appealing about Resco – Mobility & Productivity is the mobile app as it is a comprehensible application that allows our team to view and edit the data without leaving the workplace. The offline feature is pronounce, one can write off and off without being disturbed due to poor network coverage. Furthermore, many more features have been provided in the software to specifically suit the tasks required for field service and this has certainly enhanced the performance and effectiveness at work.

**What do you dislike about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

A disadvantage of Resco – Mobility & Productivity is that it heavily loads the device’s resources, and may sometimes slow down on older devices. This has at times caused a problem especially when our field team requires fast access or input of information. Also, due to the nature of customer support most of the time it takes a long time to get an answer to your problem in case of an emergency this can be really inconvenient.

I can clearly state that Resco – Mobility & Productivity addresses several concerns especially in field service management with us. As a result, our team is able to view and input job related events in real time, which has eliminated the need for paper trail and hence avoiding delays and mistakes. The offline operation makes it possible that our work does not stop due to connectivity problems. In general, it has improved our productivity and effective operation through organization of work and reduction of errors in data.

What I like most is the possibility of adapting the application to specific company processes, the inclusion with the power platform and the quick response of the application's user environment.

One of the advantages is definitely the native integration with Dynamics CRM. This makes very easy to customize the tool and manage developments. In addition, the support provided by Resco is very professional, helpful and provides quick response to reports or requests.

Unfortunately, Resco is not the most suitable platform for our type of business, lacking the features that distinguish an order-taking tool (we need to use it also for this type of activities)

Resco makes it possible to provide the sales force with a tool that works on any platform/device. It is intuitive and allows easy integration with CRM.

Overall, it's very intuitive to customize and I was able to learn how to customize on my own or through the wiki articles posted.

I wish there was more flexibility around HOW entities or fields get synced, in terms of if there are any entities or fields that need to sync before others.

**What problems is Resco – Mobility & Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our operations are mostly in areas where there isn't a good connection, and I love that we're able to use this product offline and sync when able. Users are able to get their work done while on-site, and not have to worry about connectivity issues.

Resco is highly customizable and the tools to do so are very user friendly, even for non-developers. The UI is fantastic! Their support and wiki are tops as well.

Only that it is a separate license from our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

We needed an app that is reliable offline and online for our 200 service technicians when working deep in large plants that don't often have good internet. The app needed to be easy to use as many of our technicians are not technologists.

Reliable and easy to configure platform for offline mode.
A client that needs offline mode must have Resco in my opinion.

Downside is the cost. Client needs to be convinced that platform capabilities are really unique (offline) in order to pay.
Unfortunately the competition (who are partners of Resco, namely Microsoft and Saleforce) promise the offline mode for free, but under-deliver slow and buggy offline features.

There are two significant benefits to adopting the Resco ecosystem, a truly mobile-first experience with best-in-class offline functionality and their continuing fantastic support. That's not to say there aren't a number of other great benefits with the Resco product, one shouldn't neglect to mention a product that is constantly evolving and applying customer feedback at scale, but I think this all goes back to their continued emphasis on making sure the customer is happy with the end product in a variety of conditions.

I would say the main downside of Resco is the licensing model and implementation. We have an ever evolving product landscape in our organization and obtaining and adjusting license purchasing and assignment across environments in our tenant presents a certain degree of friction. However, the customer support to help rectify issues with licenses is extremely helpful and patient with users' struggles.

Being accessible anywhere using their fast syncing and offline modes. Providing frameworks and logic engines for Inspections that surpass what competitors have been able to offer in terms of speed of implementation and flexibility

The form designer is very powerful. I can design an offline form that can do anything the customer is asking for. The tools for report design and managing users are very well designed. The API works perfectly and I can configure the backend database to any need we have. Support is very quick and always have a useful answer. Resco is constantly adding new capabilities to the plaform, there by keeping it up to date with the latest trends. All in all, the perfect offline mobile solution.

Some functions are not the most intuative so it can be a lot of trial and error before I get it. ( but i always figure it out in the end )

Customers were looking to eliminate their paper forms. They operate in a harsh environment with limited internet so offline was a must. 

We did this by converting over 20 paper forms to the Resco app and integrating that into our backoffice system using the API.

The Resco mobile platform provides extensive out of the box functionality plus low-code development opportunities for users to configure mobile applications which also nativly integrate to Microsoft's Power Platform. This means field service and other mobile empowered teams can work off custom built applications without the need for full-stack development that take longer to build and cost more to support.

Less valuable mobile users may claim the mobile application is too complex but that is mostly due to how much functionality you can pack into one solution. The better workers negate this objection.

With the Resco Platfrom we can extend anything from our back office system into the hands of the field workers. This results in obtaining data at the source which ultimatly translates into much faster data awareness and transaction velocity.

The Resco platform is the most powerful enterprise mobility platform that I know. The tools are designed to support mobile field workers where it is needed, even offline without any internet connection. Tools like Inspections solve real world business challenges in an easy to use and manageable way.
We use the Resco products in a lot of customer projects and we're receiving pretty good feedback. The customizing options are easy to use and powerful at the same time.

The pricing can be challenging in combination with costly Dynamics 365 licenses. But no customer of us regreds the decision to relay on Resco technology.

Resoc allows us to bring them an easy to use mobile solution, where they can track the engineer hours, the changed parts, the measurements and recommendation. 
The can collect pictures during the service job to document the job they did. And provide direct on the phone a field confirmation for the customer to sign.

Platform provides us the liberty to conduct inspections and meetings in the field. Reduces our wokload by not having to complete paper copies and then enter information into our platform. It also allows us to complete inspections and send off the final report with no delay.

Nothing as the platform addresses all of our needs and has been updated or modified as our program continus to develop.

Offline mode. Easy to use. Every administration steps are very intuitive. For every settings is there a lot of options. Resco Wiki is really useful tool and Resco Academy is great also. Resco support is very helpful for us too. Every poblem had a solution...

Understanding of business logic on beginning is a little tricky. The user can't trigger the update of the Resco app (windows store version) himself. I miss in the app a performance tool to identify a problem with a slow forms load like sync analyzer.

There is a tight integration with Microsoft Power Platform and gives the ability to develop sophisticated mobile offline applications.
Even without coding most riqurements can be solved. If somethin is not possible out of the box it can be provided by additional custom coding with JavaScript. Synchronisation with the backend and usage is very fast, even when there are milions of records synchronized to the offline client. 

Even medium complex solutions can be developed in a couple of days. Additional modules like route planning, inspections, guides and so on can be easily integrated and increase the value of this solution.

Multiple new releases are published each year in order to support newer features of the microsoft plattform promptly.

Even without complex development the client is easy to use for end users and is working much faster than the web client of the underlying Microsoft platform.

The responsive layout of the application allows to use the identical solution on tablet and smartphones and even on Windows PC's.

Even if the development environment is very powerful, it sometimes requires a lot of creativity to find the right solution

We wanted to connect our sales reps to our existing Microsoft CRM with a mobile offline solution. In some cases, over a million data sets are said to be available offline. With Resco we were able to implement exactly these requirements in a short time.

From my experience, Resco's native mobile offline capabilites with Dynamics 365 are second to none. Unlike other options which limit what you can and can't do offline, Resco provides full functionality without any connectivity required.

**What do you like best about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

The mobile app is great, I can do about 75% of what I need to accomplish without ever needing to use my laptop. Easy to figure out and use on the go. 

**What do you dislike about Resco – Mobility & Productivity?**

A little clunky when moving between accounts or viewing on a map area (takes a while to load). When saving an update or note the only option is to save AND close instead of just save so you have to go out of the account after each save and go back in. Syncing can take a while after password updates and you really need to be on WiFi and leave the app open while it’s updating. 

**What problems is Resco – Mobility & Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of client info, call notes and opportunities. Makes it easy for me to stay on top of my sales territory.

The RESCO CRM application is really robust and fast. Its cloud version looks like a thick client.
