I find reqSuite very intuitive to use and easy to configure, which allows us to adapt it to our needs without delays. This offers us the greatest possible added value as a company. The user-friendliness means that the effort to enable employees to use the tool is very low. I also appreciate that we can configure reqSuite in such a way that it does not cause unnecessary maintenance effort and only contains relevant elements that provide us with added value. We occasionally encounter minor bugs, such as fields not being fillable. Fortunately, Osseno's support usually helps quickly with a solution. We would like some additional features. We then use the option to submit feature requests to Osseno. This way, there is a chance they might be implemented someday. The initial configuration of the tool to our needs took several weeks with 4 workshops. It took a few more weeks until we had adjusted the configuration to work for us.
