What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

We used to get plenty of compliments after finishing a project, but they rarely translated into actual reviews. ReputationStacker changed that for us. Homeowners now receive a follow-up once the job is done, and we’ve built a much stronger record that reflects what it’s really like to work with us. I especially appreciate when people call out specifics—how clean we kept the site, whether the project manager communicated clearly, or how we handled a change order. What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

Some of the reporting features go deeper than I need for my role, so it can feel a bit more detailed than necessary for my day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest impact has been that prospective customers can now read enough reviews with real customer experiences to feel comfortable with us before the first call. That makes a big difference when someone is deciding who to trust with a large project. It’s also been helpful internally, since positive customer feedback gives us a clear way to recognize project managers and crews when clients specifically mention them by name.
