What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

I like how much time it saves our team as far as getting reviews and responding to them. The reports are also a big plus because we can compare our locations to each other, not just the number of reviews and ratings but also how our customers feel about specific services or team members. It makes it really easy to find whatever info you want to know about what your customers are saying and thinking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting reviews is by far the most effective way that we get new customers for our locations. Those reviews keep us ranking really high in Google Maps and gets AI to recommend our business. I also like the new reports. It seems like ReputationStacker really cares about building a system that helps businesses. Whenever they push a new feature they don't increase our plan price or try to charge us for it separately. I appreciate that. The price is also already really good for what we get.
