For me, the biggest benefit is ease of use and how it just works. We used to be pretty bad about asking for reviews unless somebody was specifically pushing the team to do it. Then things would get busy, everyone would forget, and our review activity would drop off again. ReputationStacker solved that without adding another task to someone’s list. I also like that we can keep an eye on what patients are saying without checking multiple places manually. The sentiment analysis has been helpful too, especially when we’re trying to understand whether a complaint is just one bad experience or part of a bigger pattern. It gives us a better sense of what actually deserves attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major. There are a few areas I don’t use much, but that’s mostly because they’re not important to my role rather than anything being wrong with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
