"ReputationStacker Drives More Client Reviews Automatically"

What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

The biggest thing for us is that it actually gets our clients to write reviews. Before ReputationStacker we would close a case and ask the client to write a review, but not really follow up. Now ReputationStacker does that for us automatically. We also get better/longer reviews than we used to, not just a star rating and a sentence. Clients will talk about whether the attorney kept them informed, explained things clearly, etc. Those are the specific comments I want a potential new client to see. What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

It would be nice if there were a few more options for customizing reports for our different practice groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s been a really good system for our law firm. We used to get 3 or 4 new reviews a month, and now it’s more like 15–20. That change has made a big difference in how we show up online, both in search and in AI results. ReputationStacker’s AI review responses are also really strong. They sound appropriate for a law firm without coming across as stiff or overly formal. I also appreciate that the feedback and AI insights give us something practical and useful to bring back to the attorneys or staff.
