What I like is that it solves a few different problems without feeling complicated. We wanted more reviews, but the bigger issue was that our process was inconsistent. Some people were great about following up with customers and some almost never did it. Once the requests were automated, that stopped being something I had to keep reminding everyone about. I also use the review monitoring quite a bit because I don't want to bounce around between different sites just to see what came in. The sentiment analysis is probably the feature I've grown to appreciate the most. It helps me tell the difference between a one-off complaint and something we should actually be paying attention to. We've caught a few recurring themes that ended up being useful in staff meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I'm being picky, there were a couple areas where I wasn't sure what I should be looking at when we first started, but that was more about learning the system than anything being wrong with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
