I like being able to see whats happening across all of our locations without having to depend on each manager to send updates. I can look at our reviews, see what clients are saying, and quickly get a feel for whether something that's an issue is isolated or starting to become a pattern. That has been especially helpful with things like front desk interactions, appointment flow, staff communication, and follow-up after treatments. The automatic review emails and texts also take a lot of pressure off the teams because they don’t have to remember to ask every client themselves. I also use the comparison reports when I’m comparing locations or trying to figure out why one site seems to be getting better feedback than another. It gives me something more useful to work with than just looking at the overall star rating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are definitely parts of the platform I use more than others, but overall there isn’t really anything I dislike about it. It’s been a positive experience for me, even if I naturally gravitate toward certain features more than the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
