From an administrative standpoint, I like having one place to keep track of patient reviews instead of checking different sites individually. It has also made our follow-up process much smoother because the review requests are automated. The sentiment analysis is helpful when we want to see whether certain comments are showing up across multiple offices, especially around scheduling, front desk communication, or wait times.
