What I like most is that it turned something we used to do inconsistently into a process that largely runs on its own. The team no longer has to remember who should receive a review request or when it needs to be sent. I also like being able to track incoming reviews in one place, instead of checking each source individually.
Over time the feedback side has become even more valuable because it gives us information we can actually use. The sentiment analysis helps us spot recurring themes, especially when the same kind of praise or complaint keeps showing up. We’ve made a few operational changes based on those patterns, changes we probably would have missed otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like most software it took us a little time to learn which parts were the most useful for our workflow. Once we had that figured out it became very straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
