Honestly the automation is the biggest thing. We used to have these big pushes where everybody would remember to ask customers for reviews for two weeks, then a month later nobody was doing it anymore. That problem basically disappeared once we got ReputationStacker running. Our review volume more than tripled compared to where we were last year. What surprised me though was how much we ended up using the actual customer feedback. We noticed multiple customers mentioning that our follow-up communication was confusing. Nobody internally thought it was an issue. We changed two of our emails and the complaints about it dropped a lot over the next couple months. The AI review responses are pretty impressive too. I expected cheesy robot answers, but they sound like something one of us would actually write. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything that has been a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
