What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

What I like the most about ReputationStacker is how effective it is at online reputation management, especially considering that it's pretty much hands off and runs itself. We have it connected to our CRM so that when a customer moves to a certain status then they get added to ReputationStacker and it gets them to write a review. Then it responds to the review. Then it analyzes the review and flags it if the customer needs human follow up. And it auto-shares our reviews on FB & IG. And the reviews it gets push us higher in Google and AI recommendations. What do you dislike about ReputationStacker?

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use to use another platform for reviews that had all kinds of other bells and whistles that we didn't use and the platform itself was complicated and had a steep learning curve. One of our managers suggested we try ReputationStacker because she used it at her last job and said that it's really good for online reputation management but also that it's easy to learn. She wasn't wrong. I'd say that you don't really have to "learn" anything to use it - it's all about setting it up at the beginning so it runs all automatically, and the support people were more than helpful when we were setting it up or anytime we've had any questions after that.
