What do you like best about ReputationStacker?

I like the customer support. They checked on me right away when I first signed up to make sure that I knew how everything worked and answer any questions. That really stood out to me. Of course the product itself is very good too. Some people may use it just to get a lot of reviews, but it's really a full reputation management suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReputationStacker solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for a multi-unit, multi-brand franchise operator (aka a "MUMBO"). We operate 3 separate brands, each with between 7 and 22 locations. We researched a lot of different reputation management providers (including agencies and software companies) and ended up choosing ReputationStacker because it seemed like the best system for multi-location reputation management that was still easy to use and doesn't break the budget. Two years later and I don't regret that decision for a second. Aside from the reviews and customer feedback, they keep rolling out really well thought out features like their latest operational insights reports.
